Alicia is currently a student in the Bachelor of Business Administration Program at Camosun College. She has been in the customer service industry for over nine years and has joined the Pemberton Holmes - Gordon Head office since March of 2018.

Alicia was born and raised in Victoria of beautiful British Columbia. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
